USE

Our latest innovations in the extrusion process and tool heating feature cutting-edge aluminum heating elements model GM.75 and GM.76.

By using aluminum's superior thermal conductivity, these advanced heating elements achieve uniform heat distribution across the entire area.

This makes them highly efficient and reliable for various applications. Depending on the processing temperature or specific requirements, different heating structures can be tailored to optimize performance.

GM.75 and GM.76 flat heaters are ideal for dry environments, offering excellent performance and efficiency. However, for moisture-prone or wet conditions, we recommend the GM.752 or GM.762 heater models. These are specifically engineered to provide reliable and durable performance even in challenging, high-moisture settings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are key factors to consider when selecting a flat aluminium heater:
Temperature Range?
Determine the maximum operating temperatures required for your process. With heater GM.75 we recomend max temp. 300°C for GM.76 you can go up to 450°C
When to select GM.752?
Choose the GM.752 Heater for Moisture-Proof and Waterproof Heating Applications.
Mounting of heater?
Mounting heater properly to the desired surface is essential for optimal performance. Ensure there are enough fixing holes and a pressure plate to prevent movement and ensure stability. This ensures efficient heat distribution, energy savings, and longer-lasting performance.
Do I need integrated thermocouple?
A thermocouple in flat aluminium heaters plays a crucial role in accurately measuring and controlling the temperature. It is essential for precise temperature regulation, process control, safety (by preventing overheating), and supporting research and development in laboratory environments.
