DESCRIPTION

The Nozzle Band Heaters are manufactured for use on injection moulding machines in the plastic processing industry. They are plastic resistant which allowes high life expectanse and guarantee a required temperature on the nozzle.

For high melt temperature (PC, glassfiber filled) and corozive materials (PVC) we recommend to use heaters made of stainless steel GM.11. For temperatures above 350°C (PTFE/PEEK) we recommend to use type GM.62 heaters. All heaters can be optional equiped with integrated thermocouple.

Nozzle heaters are also suitable for heating hot runners,  in the packaging industry, for filling various liquids (food industry) and for machines for special purposes.
