Here are key factors to consider when selecting a heater band:
  • Temperature Range: Determine the maximum operating temperatures required for your process.
     
  • Watt Density: Assess the power requirements to achieve the desired heating levels efficiently. Higher watt densities are suitable for faster heating and more demanding applications.
For applications requiring heating elements on surfaces with diameters larger than 400 mm, we recommend using multiple segments of heating elements connected together with clamps.

Select Ceramic when working temperature is betwen 350°C and 600°C  and when you need more power density up to  max 8 W/cm2. GM.60 heaters offers Uniform heat distribution and Long Operation life due to highly durable construction.
